The focus of this group is to create a like minded community with people committed to higher consciousness. Shifting in alignment. You are welcome to post on this site and communicate with one another following these values and guidelines.

2. Refrain from advice giving and fixing what may seem to be sharing. Instead share similar vulnerabilities with what you have done to SHIFT.
